All wines purchased from Kinsella Estates, LLC are deemed sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation relative to the customer's right to import wine into his/her state. In placing an order, the customer authorizes Kinsella Estates, LLC to act on his/her behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver their order to them. Freight charges are determined by choice of carrier, speed of delivery, weight and value. The customer also represents that he/she is at least 21 years of age and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.
